    No. After the 21-day trial period expires, the sending of new document processes is automatically deactivated – no costs are incurred.

  • Are the electronic signatures from tegolySIGN legally valid?

    Yes. tegolySIGN meets the legal requirements for electronic signatures in the EU (eIDAS) and the USA. We use security mechanisms similar to those used in the banking sector, offer several options for authenticating signatories, and create a comprehensive log for each transaction.   • Does the signatory need to log in?

    No. Signatories do not need to log in. Signing is done via a simple, completely web-based process – with no additional apps required.

    You can select your preferred subscription and the number of users during or after the trial period. You can also choose between a monthly and annual term.

    Payment is possible by bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, or credit card.

    Subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the month, annual subscriptions at the end of the respective term.
