    tegoly GmbH grants existing customers a referral bonus for the successful acquisition of new customers for the tegolySIGN software solution.

    1. Requirements for the bonus
      A referral bonus is generated when
      – the referred customer had no prior contractual relationship with tegoly GmbH
      – the contact was clearly named by the referrer and
      –  a paid contract is concluded and the first payment has been received in full.

    2. Amount of the bonus
      The amount of the bonus is based on the remuneration scheme published at the time of the referral. The current version on the website of tegoly GmbH is decisive.

    3. Payout
      The payout is made within 30 days of full receipt of payment from the new customer via bank transfer. A prerequisite is the proper invoicing by the referrer.

    4. No claim
      There is no legal claim to participation or payout. tegoly GmbH reserves the right to amend or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

    5. Abuse
      Self-referrals, sham referrals or other abuse will lead to exclusion from the programme.

    6. Data protection
      The disclosure of contact details may only take place if the referred customer has consented to being contacted.
